Fuelys Terms of Service
By using fuelys.au and buying our products, you agree to these terms. They exist to protect both of us. Read carefully.
The Basics
Fuelys Pty Ltd (ABN 12 345 678 901) operates fuelys.au. When we say "we", "us", or "Fuelys" - that's us. When we say "you" - that's you, the customer.
Products
Fuelys sells protein gummies as a dietary supplement. They are not a replacement for a balanced diet. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication, consult your doctor before consuming.
We manufacture in facilities that handle nuts, dairy, and gluten. Full allergen information is on every product page. If you have an allergy, read carefully.
Orders & Payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We accept credit card, PayPal, Afterpay, and Apple/Google Pay. Payment is processed at checkout. Orders are subject to product availability - if we're out of stock after you've paid, we'll refund immediately.
Accuracy & Errors
We do our best to keep the site accurate, but occasionally there are typos, pricing errors, or stock mistakes. If we identify an error on your order, we'll contact you before dispatching. You can accept the correction or cancel for a full refund.
Intellectual Property
The Fuelys name, logo, product images, and site content are our intellectual property. You may not reuse, resell, or reproduce without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by Australian Consumer Law, Fuelys' total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the products in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of NSW.
