Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Fuelys. If something isn't right, here's how we sort it.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Once opened, we can only accept returns for items with a manufacturing defect or damage in transit.
How to Start a Return
Email us at help@fuelys.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with return instructions within 1 business day.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm the condition, we'll process a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Fuelys error (wrong item, damaged product).
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email help@fuelys.au within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund - your call.
Subscriptions
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account. There's no lock-in and no cancellation fee.
