Privacy Policy
Fuelys respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. In line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
What We Collect
- Order data: name, email, shipping address, phone, order history
- Payment: processed by Shopify Payments, Afterpay, PayPal - we never see or store your card number
- Analytics: anonymised browsing (pages viewed, referrer, device) via Shopify, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics
- Marketing: if you opt in, your email for our newsletter
How We Use It
- Fulfil and ship your order
- Send order updates and delivery tracking
- Marketing emails (only if you opted in - unsubscribe anytime)
- Improve the site through analytics
- Meet legal and tax obligations

- Shopify (site + payments) - hosted in AU/US
- Shipping carriers (Australia Post, Sendle, Aramex)
- Email marketing platform (Klaviyo)
- Meta and Google for advertising performance (aggregated + anonymised)
We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies to remember your cart, keep you logged in, and measure site performance. You can disable cookies in your browser, but the site may not work properly.
Your Rights
Under the Privacy Act, you can request access to the data we hold on you, correct it, or delete it. Email help@fuelys.au with "Privacy Request" in the subject line and we'll respond within 30 days.
Data Retention
Order and payment data is kept for 7 years (tax law). Marketing consent is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for 26 months.
Security
Fuelys.au runs on Shopify's PCI DSS Level 1 secured infrastructure. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
